From the Farm

Hi everyone, on the farm this week at Avonstour we have born a new Ponui Donkey and a second flush of Egyptian lambs in all colours - black, brown, liver red.

The older sheep are self shearing, both the Egyptians and the Wiltshire Horns. The wild birds love the wool for their nests.

Ruth is flat out with heaps of hatched chickens and ducks. We are getting our garden in, the grass is growing and the bees are buzzing and setting our fruit.
