From the Farm

Lots of broody chickens so we will see eggs drop a bit. Ruth is sitting eggs under most of them so we have a few fancy and rarebreeds for sale at Christmas.
Samuel has been every night behind the Howard dragon rotary hoeing for the main crop of spuds (3 weeks late this year).
We are sorting and tagging lambs for recording.
Planting heaps of pumpkins again this season for stockfood and to sell, the compost heaps are being carted onto the paddock now.
Any spare time is spent cutting thistles where the donkeys can't get to them.
Sorry if I have missed your emails. The Paradise sever went down early in the week and I still have not got ahead.
Things are looking good as long as it rains and we get grass. Please, we need and rely on your support, even on the rainy market days - if we don't sell our products we can't keep going.
We need your egg cartons PLEASE, especially the 1/2 dozen size.
