A full house at Avonstour we have had so many woofers cancel or just not turn up. The new policy is to take all that fit the result so that we have a constant flow. At the moment we have Albury, Pavlina, Mike, Moose. & Regan as well as Ila's friends staying. And today we were pleased to get Hanaka back who is staying close to a month after travailing the south island. The focus is to live of the farm what is grown and raised here. Rather than buying from the supermarket spending money we don't have and use all on site to grow food for the next helpers.
Our main work this week has been getting a large order ready for our buyers group and it has been all hands on deck.
Ila's pups we think are all sold now. Ila has been hunting goats and rabbits to feed all the dogs.The pups are running around and are so plump and fat.
We have also been doing donkey work trimming feet etc. A new foal today a white Filly from a English mother who is patchy.
I have to rush now as i'm off on the road and need to get this to Fiona to send to you all.
