Lambs .... we have new lambs ..... the Dorset horns have started right in all this rain as usual.  Good job we have heaps of shelter.  Dorset horns lamb twice a year.  It has rained heaps but its still warm.
One problem we have had - a wild pig has rooted up the back paddock and pigs eat lambs.  When i shoot it i will eat it to keep it even.
Had a Farmers Market meeting in New Plymouth, got a bit sorted.  Called into Dee's to sort courses, got a bit done there as well, the courses are looking good.
The blooming washing machine stopped so i got one off trade me and picked it up on the way back from the pedigree pig sale and show in Stratford.  Prices were well down on last years, must be that imported rubbish pork in the supermarket.
Ila has been back to Betty to get her bottom teeth in braces, now has top and bottom.
Samuel has the Honda 4 wheeler in parts, the front diff has gone.  Has been some funny words coming from the shed i think he's at war with it or something.
Ruth has been planting more trees both for shelter and fruit.
You now you see those movie stars all flashed up with a small dog on a lead, well we have got one better.  We have Beate with a kunekune called Beatrice on a lead.  Its  very well behaved but very much with a mind of its own.
See Ya Sunday John
