Yar Daylight saving, I do not like my sleep time messed with. I never seem to get it right, the cell phone still waked me an hour late. Give me a rooster or two any day. Hay its day time get up cocka doodle come on get up. I'm sure I was meant to be born a 100 years ago.

Ila has been helping with sheep work as its holidays at the moment. We have done 80% of the docking, sorted up lots and got a few off to the works. Although it has been not a good season for us with lambing, the lambs are looking good. The damaras are all colours, bar black red solid, red & white and a few tortoiseshell.

Later in the year once the lambs are big we will be selling some damara x ewes so we are going through them now. The Wiltshire horns are shedding their wool flat out along with the Damaras, but we have had to dag a few woolly Dorset horns.

A few muscovy ducks are coming out with ducklings but we are not going to raise as many this season. The modern game have hatched a few so the season has started for the poultry.

The day came for my next dentist visit - I really love going there ............. I think i may start going twice a week nothing like it ....just lie back relax yes going well blooming heck it has to go well it costs as much as a trip to Australia. LIE BACK AND RELAX (yes i know you are good looking but I'm not into S&M) Are you alright .......Blergala Arr

Anyway as I was unfit to drive the pig herd manager drove me and as she is addicted to the Gelato shop we had to go and have some. Try eating ice cream after the Dentist ..................Thats it !!! i will take her there after ........may need a cool Gelato!

After we had a look around the shops for house truck chattels and got some good stuff, we got home and went to the talk by Andrew Gibbs. The Paritutu Cover-Up: the Scientific Evidence DIOXIN. Wow now there was an eye opener and well worth hearing. 245T. Tell you what all the things now coming out about Roundup, thats the next one just wait.

It was a good positive market this week, the sun was out, Sam the Hornblower was playing the Swiss horn must have been 12 foot long and the Amnesty drummers played.

It was great........ the......... Dancing girls........ well i tried to keep up ........I can tell you yes, you missed a Great free day.

After the market i dropped Justin at his house which changes every week with all the work he is doing and then i took a detour to Etham to look at the Village Art Gallery, as Climate Justice Taranaki had pulled 22 top Artists together for an exhibition. I was too late unfortunately for the opening speeches and i had product to deliver. I would have loved to stay longer as i really like the people. Its open untill 19th October go take a look, she's a good'un.
